Passenger Rights

The Civil Aviation Authority of Thailand (CAAT) has introduced new regulations to enhance passenger rights, particularly for delays and cancellations on both international and domestic flights. These regulations, effective May 20, 2025, aim to ensure passengers are treated fairly and receive appropriate support and compensation
