Departure
Passengers are advised to arrive at Sukhothai Airport at least 1–2 hours before departure. Please note that airline check-in counters close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Check-in
Passengers can check in at the airline check-in counter. Required documents for check-in include a national ID card, passport, or driving license.
Security Screening
After check-in, passengers are required to proceed through the security screening checkpoint.
Preparing for Security Screening
To help ensure a smooth and efficient screening process, passengers are kindly requested to prepare before entering the security checkpoint. Items that may cause delays, such as jackets, hats, belts, watches, mobile phones, and thick-soled shoes, should be removed or separated and placed in the trays provided by the airport for X-ray screening.
Passengers are requested to strictly follow the instructions of security screening staff.
Boarding Area
Passengers may wait for boarding in the Departure Terminal. Free Wi-Fi is available for passengers at Sukhothai Airport. Passengers can scan their boarding pass and receive a Wi-Fi access code at the service point inside the Departure Lounge.

Passengers may collect their checked baggage at the Baggage Claim Area, located inside the Arrival Terminal.

A Passenger Information Counter is available in the Arrival Terminal to provide assistance and travel information. Our staff are happy to help with airport services, facilities, and general inquiries.
Baggage Information
Lost or Damaged Baggage
If your baggage is lost, delayed, or damaged, please contact your airline representative immediately at the Airline Check-in Counter located in the Departure Terminal. The airline staff will assist you with reporting the incident and processing your claim.
